I join an existing project as a front-end or full-stack developer: reusable components, design systems documented in Storybook, TypeScript code that is easy to review.

Listen
A first call to understand goals, audience, constraints and timing. If I'm not the right person for the project, I'll tell you straight away.
Proposal
You get in writing what I'll do, in which phases, on what timeline and at what cost. No vague line items.
Build
I work in small steps with an always up-to-date online preview, so you can see progress and give feedback when it matters, not just at the end.
Launch and support
I publish the site, show you how to manage the content and stay available for fixes and improvements.
